Technology Voucher Programme (TVP)
What is TVP?
TVP aims to subsidise local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes. The programme will be implemented on a pilot basis for an initial period of three years from November 2016 with HK$500 million from the Innovation and Technology Fund.

How to apply for $200K Technology Voucher Funding?
Funding Amount
•Up to 3 projects from an enterprise may be approved, funding up to $200,000
Funding Mechanism
•Government subsidizes two third of the total approved project cost. Applicant enterprise contributes one third of the cost.
Aim of Programme
•Subsidise local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes.
Eligibility
• (1) At least 1 year of substantive business operation in Hong Kong • (2) Manufacturing businesses employing fewer than 100 persons in Hong Kong; or non-manufacturing businesses employing fewer than 50 persons in Hong Kong
Application Procedures
• (1) Employ a technology consultant to provide external consultancy to the TVP Project • (2) Find a technological services or solutions provider • (3) Complete the TVP application and submit through TVP dedicated website

何謂科技券計劃?
科技券計劃旨在資助本地中小型企業(下稱「中小企」)使用科技服務和方案，以提高生產力或升級轉型。計劃由創新及科技基金提供五億港元設立，從2016年11月起先推行三年。

如何申請政府20萬資助?
資助金額
• 每家中小企最多獲批3個項目，總共20萬元資助上限
資助模式
• 政府出資三分二，中小企資出三分一
計劃目的
• 資助本地中小企使用科技服務和方案，提高生產力、升級轉型或重新裝備工作流程
申請資格
• (1) 在香港登記並有實質業務運作最少一年；及 • (2) 僱用少於100人的製造業企業，或少於50人的非製造業企業
申請方法
• (1) 委聘科技顧問公司推行項目 • (2) 尋找科技服務或方案供應商 • (3) 撰寫科技券計劃書，並於科技券網站提交申請
